AGB

These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) govern the relationship between Wedding-Hochzeit, operated by KAGAMA s.r.o. (the Company), and customers using our platform and services. By accessing or using the platform you agree to be bound by these terms.

Wedding-Hochzeit operates an online platform for made-to-measure wedding dresses and accessories. Services include selection, customisation, measurement appointments with our partner tailors, production with our European manufacturing partners and delivery.

To place an order you create an account with a valid email address. We use magic-link authentication; no passwords are stored on our servers. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure.

An order is a binding contract once submitted and paid. As every dress is cut to your individual measurements, production starts immediately after payment and orders become non-cancellable once production has begun. Cancellations within the first 24 hours, before production starts, are possible on request.

All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We accept major credit and debit cards and SEPA bank transfer within the EU. Measurement fees are paid directly to the relevant partner tailor.

Production and delivery take up to 1.5 months from order confirmation, with the exact timeline shown at checkout. Dresses are shipped via insured courier with tracking. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

Made-to-measure dresses cannot be returned. Defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery - we arrange a replacement or repair at our cost.

Wedding-Hochzeit is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the price of the order. This does not exclude liability for personal injury, fraud or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by Austrian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Austrian courts.
