Choose a dress from the collection, book a measurement appointment with a partner tailor, get measured, then return to your account, select the available options for your dress and confirm payment online. Production starts immediately after payment.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as SEPA bank transfer for orders placed within the EU. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
Orders are currently paid in full at the time of confirmation. We are evaluating partial payment plans for the next release of the platform.
Orders are non-refundable after payment, as each dress is made individually to your measurements. If there is a defect with your dress, you can open a support ticket from your account and we will resolve it.
You can cancel within 24 hours of confirmation, provided production has not started. After production starts, the order cannot be cancelled. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
All your orders are listed in your account under "Orders". You can track the production status, see invoices and download receipts at any time.
